Effective — March 2026Vagari ("the Bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot providing application management, ticketing, moderation, and server utilities. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.
By using Vagari in your Discord server, server administrators and members agree to the practices described in this policy.
Vagari collects and temporarily stores the following data in order to function:
We do not collect: passwords, payment information, email addresses, real names, or any data outside of what is listed above.
All data collected is used solely to provide the functionality of the Bot. Specifically:
We do not sell, share, or use any collected data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the direct operation of the Bot.
Bot data is stored in JSON files on the server hosting the Bot (currently Railway). Data is not shared with third parties. We take reasonable precautions to protect stored data, though no system is completely secure.
Discord message content (including application answers posted in staff channels) is subject to Discord's own data retention policies once posted.
Server administrators may request deletion of their server's data at any time by contacting us. Upon a server removing the Bot, server-specific configuration data may be retained for a period before being purged.
Individual users may request deletion of any personal data associated with their Discord User ID by contacting us through the support server.
Vagari operates on the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc. Any data transmitted through Discord is subject to their terms.
We do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will announce significant changes in our support server.

By adding Vagari to your Discord server or interacting with the Bot in any server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease use.
These terms apply to all users — server administrators, staff members, and regular members who interact with the Bot.

Violation of these terms may result in your server being permanently banned from using Vagari without notice.
Vagari is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or at our discretion at any time.
We are not liable for any loss of data, missed applications, or disruption caused by downtime or Bot errors.
Vagari offers three tiers of service. All tiers include full embed customization, accept/deny with reason buttons, and core bot functionality.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly per account. By subscribing, you authorize Vagari to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We do not tolerate chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a permanent ban from Vagari across all servers.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled and your server exceeds the Free tier limits, the following will apply:
The Vagari Bot, its name, logo, and all associated code and creative assets are the property of the Vagari developers. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Bot or any portion of it without explicit written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Vagari shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Vagari for any server or user at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your use of the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in our support server.
